My friend, Barb, is participating in a 30 day coloring challenge being hosted by The Daily Marker. She is sharing her projects each day and I have found it very inspiring.
So, today I sat down to color an image called Fluttering By to Say Hi that I picked up at Tiddly Inks the other day. I was inspired to get that from this post on Handmade by Christine.
This is as far as I got. I didn't even notice the hair on the paper until I was editing the photo. Oops.
We'll see if this ever makes it into a card, but even if it doesn't, it was fun coloring.
Thanks for the inspiration Barb and The Daily Marker blog!
Have a great rest of your week.

Hi Jeanne! I love the card and oh how I love to color. I didn't even notice anything wrong with the hair. The little girl with wings is adorable. I always love to see your creations. Hugs, Tamara

Oh how sweet is this Jeanne! I love that image and you have colored it so beautifully! it's so soft and spring-ish! Glad you found time to color. It's one of my most favorite things to do! I hope you have time to make this adorable little scene into a card! ((Hugs))
Jeanne: WOW! Your colouring is incredible! You've brought this darling image to life beautifully! In awe! I hope your pretty fairy will make it onto a card; she's definitely a sweet little star who deserves stage-time! Gorgeous!

Your coloring is beautiful!! I giggled at your comment about the hair. I almost always see things differently in the photo! I wonder if the camera puts those things there just to tease me? *wink*
What a darling spring image to color, Jeanne! I especially like the hair - not THE hair, but the girl's hair; you did a great job with that. So now just slap that onto a card base and you're all set for a birthday or thinking of you or get well or any ol' thing! Hugs, Darnell
Your visits sure make me smile, Jeanne! Wishing you a wonderful Wednesday and looking forward to seeing some of your crafting artistry when you have a chance!
