Sunflower Girl~Thanks

Hello on this Happy Friday!

I have had a hankering to color this past week, most likely because I follow this talented lady's blog and I adore her coloring style.  I wanted to color something fall like and was searching for inspiration. I came across this cutie on Etsy while searching. I couldn't resist any longer and sat down to do some coloring this afternoon.

She sure makes me smile!

I used my trusty Prismacolor pencils and odorless mineral spirits. Then I cut a stamped cloud image and used it as a mask to sponge Tumbled Glass ink on the background for the clouds. The flowered paper is Doodlebug and the cardstock is DCWV.  The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn's So Much to Say set.

I still feel like coloring, so hopefully I'll be able to share some more cards soon.

Until then, thanks so much for stopping by.
Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Oh I love that darling image!! I'll be checking out her digis for sure! You colored her beautifully too! You are good with the colored pencils and mineral spirits! Love the cute patterned paper down the side. Gives just the right touch to this sweet fun card! So glad to see you making cards! I have had the coloring bug lately too! Enjoy your weekend my friend! :)

Wowie! Love it! Did you mask the area where your cute girl stands in order to do the background, or was she fussy-cut?
