Crocheted Flower on Amy’s Poncho

100_6271

I got a request to show the flower on Amy’s poncho and here it is. It was crocheted in a line, but the way the stitches worked, it sort of curled around itself. I tightened the curl and  just sewed the base together to get it to look/stay like this.

Not much else to report at the moment, sorry. No funnel clouds in our neck of the woods to talk, although there were severe storms yet again in other areas. The weather people say we will stay in this pattern for another week yet and that it is more typical June weather than we’ve seen in years. Sigh. I think I liked the atypical weather better!

Hope you have a great day!

Cute flower. What a lovely addition to an already beautiful poncho. So girly!

That is so unusual and very pretty!
Stay safe there in CO
This weather just seems so whacky.

Love that flower - the poncho, too!
Weather seems to be an issue in a lot of places this year, although I'd rather put up with cold than tornadoes! Stay safe!!
