Stories In Hand class has begun!

Oh my goodness! Jessica Sprague is truly amazing. I signed up for her newest class called Stories In Hand and it started yesterday. I wasn't too sure just what we'd be doing and I'm still not. Right now we are just assembling our book. But if the book is any indication at all, this promises to be truly amazing! I just got done printing off pages and pages of "sparks" as she is calling them and in glancing at them, I could be telling stories for years!

Here are some pictures to give you an inkling...this is a work in progress and I haven't completely finished the bo100_5229ok/album yet, but it will give you an idea.

Here you can see what I printed off and started yesterday. First is the album, then the pages are the divider pages that I need to assemble. The paisley paper will be the back cover.

Here is a shot of the album. It's pretty plain, but maybe I can dress it up a bit more. You should see some of the examples in the Gallery for the class. Wowzers! I'm using a Bo-Bunny 6x6 Naked Binder and have to adjust some things to fit better.

100_5231  This is a shot of what I printed off this morning! It may not look like much but each of those stacks is 15 sheets or 30 pages long and of "sparks" or questions designed to spark your memory and thoughts. Then there is a blank checklist for stories to tell, I think. I don't know for sure yet, as we're only assembling today.

Just looking at this has got me all excited! The girls are off of school today...so maybe they'll play well together and give me time to work on assembling!

Thanks for stopping by. I'm excited about the possibilities of this project and just had to share.

Jeannne!

I am jealous! My printed pooped out on me last night... B's bringing home some new ink! YAY! I should be able to get mine printed and start to put it together tonight or tomorrow! I'm currently waiting for Trish to come back from picking up her kids so we can finish sewing her family room curtains!
