Hello Card

I have to say, I just love Melissa Bickford's Just Dandy blog. Her designs have great appeal for me. Love that she shared a lot of ideas for her Women of Life stamp set! This is my version of this one she posted recently. Okay, so I don't own any Basic Grey paper, although I really like the paper she used on this card and I'm on the lookout for it. Anyway, I substituted with paper from my Spring Matstack. I think it works, don't you? I love the word hello stamped up the stem, too. I added the bling because I really like the look now! Oh I stamped and cut out the flowers. I added the second one on top with a pop dot. I stamped the center of the flower in Sweet Leaf, then added the Stickles.

Stamp sets: Women of Life, Mixed Messages (Papertrey Ink)
Inks: Breeze, Sweet Leaf, Black (CTMH)
Ribbon (Walmart)
Crystal Stickles (??)
Pop Dots (??)
And that concludes this edition of What Did Jeanne Do Today? Hope you are having a good weekend! Thanks again for stopping by.

I love this card. Your papers are perfect, and the dimensional flower is so cute. I ordered several (three, I think) Basic Grey 6x6 pads yesterday.I need a little variety!!
